Job Summary

As a Steward at THE ROW, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Operate and maintain dishwashing and glasswashing machines to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met.
  2. Set up and sanitize pot sinks, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
  3. Identify and transport dishes, glasses, and flatware to and from the dishroom, ensuring they are properly stored and accounted for.
  4. Assist in kitchen sanitation, including trash removal, floor cleaning, and maintaining a safe working environment.
  5. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift and carry 100 pounds unassisted.
  • Ability to push/pull 250 pounds unassisted.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional crowds and noise levels.

Working Conditions
Working with equipment where safety consciousness is required. Working in areas where liquid and grease spills may occur. Working in a high-stress environment.
