Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician Level 2 role at Elm Grove Companies is designed for individuals with substantial maintenance expertise and a proactive mindset.
This position entails executing a variety of maintenance tasks within residential units, including plumbing, electrical systems, drywall repair, painting, and general carpentry. Familiarity with appliance repair is advantageous.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to identify maintenance challenges, possess their own tools, have access to a vehicle, and hold a valid driver's license.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in residential maintenance
- Expertise in plumbing, electrical systems, drywall repair, painting, and general carpentry
- Capability to identify and troubleshoot maintenance issues
- Must own tools, have a vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license
- Willingness to participate in on-call duties approximately once every nine days
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute maintenance tasks in residential units, including plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, painting, and carpentry
- Efficiently diagnose and address maintenance concerns
- Be available for on-call responsibilities as needed
- Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in optimal condition
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines consistently
