Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Clerk to provide administrative support in our office. As an Office Clerk, you will perform daily office tasks, including filing, recording, maintaining records, copying, posting, and other similar duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones and take messages in a professional manner.
  • Maintain organized indexes and files with accuracy.
  • Type correspondence, reports, and other materials as required.
  • Operate office machines, such as copy machines and calculators efficiently.
  • Communicate with computers through terminals for information retrieval and data entry.
  • Perform other assigned tasks with attention to detail.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
  • Demonstrated experience in office procedures and related clerical duties.
  • Ability to interact professionally in individual and group settings.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and carry out moderately complex instructions.
