Position Summary:
We are looking for a meticulous Bilingual Inventory/Administrator to enhance our operations at AGM TOOLS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate Point of Sale (POS) reports.
- Conduct daily inventory assessments.
- Manage returns of damaged or incorrect product deliveries to ensure proper refunds.
- Negotiate with both local and external suppliers.
- Receive and inspect incoming products to confirm accurate quantities and quality.
- Promote product distribution across various locations and identify potential customers.
- Plan and forecast annual product requirements.
- Create orders, invoices, and pricing documentation.
- Request, track, and receive shipments via land, sea, and air.
- Handle purchasing and negotiation for both local and international products.
- Prepare quotes for external transportation costs.
- Compile expense reports.
- Prioritize and distribute products to all locations.
- Monitor supplier payment processes.
- Supervise warehouse staff.
- Maintain updated inventory management systems.
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 annually
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as necessary
Qualifications:
- Experience in shipping and receiving operations.
- Knowledge of import/export procedures.
- Administrative skills.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
