Salary: Monthly - $3,096.00 / Annually - $37,152.00

Key Responsibilities

  1. Utilize various custodial tools and equipment, such as floor scrubbers and vacuums.
  2. Lead and perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing facilities.
  3. Oversee the cleanliness of restrooms, offices, and common areas.
  4. Maintain cleanliness of grounds by collecting litter and ensuring proper maintenance.
  5. Document and report any maintenance needs or deficiencies in facilities.
  6. Conduct light maintenance on custodial equipment as necessary.

Qualifications

Education and Experience: Minimum of one year of full-time custodial experience.
