Salary: Monthly - $3,096.00 / Annually - $37,152.00
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize various custodial tools and equipment, such as floor scrubbers and vacuums.
- Lead and perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing facilities.
- Oversee the cleanliness of restrooms, offices, and common areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of grounds by collecting litter and ensuring proper maintenance.
- Document and report any maintenance needs or deficiencies in facilities.
- Conduct light maintenance on custodial equipment as necessary.
Qualifications
Education and Experience: Minimum of one year of full-time custodial experience.
Special Requirements: Candidates must complete a criminal history disclosure and may be required to submit fingerprints for a background check.
