Job Title: Host/Hostess

We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Host/Hostess to join our team at True Food Kitchen. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for our guests, ensuring that they feel welcome and valued throughout their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome
  • Manage reservations and seating, ensuring that guests are seated in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is an asset
