Job Description

Vets Hired is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer III to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Design and develop software solutions using a variety of programming languages and technologies.
  • Work with development leads to implement solution designs and ensure timely delivery.
  • Perform integration and functional testing on software enhancements.
  • Collaborate with QA and BA teams to ensure code meets requirements.
  • Support and monitor commits and pull requests using Azure DevOps.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and improve existing software.
  • Collaborate with development leads on recommendations for software improvements.
  • Support and create technical documentation to guide future software development projects.
  • Work within an Agile environment.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently in an Agile environment.
  • Ability to create and provide detailed documentation of code changes and testing results.
  • Experience working with SQL Server, complex stored procedures, and indexing strategies.
  • Experience in Azure and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with software security (DevSecOps).
  • Ability to execute code vulnerabilities remediation.
  • Experience in building software within the Azure cloud environment.
  • Familiarity with workflow management tools (i.e. Azure DevOps, Jira, etc).
