Job Description: The Senior Land Development Executive will play a key role in driving business growth and leading the land development team at TYG. This individual will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large-scale civil land development projects and ensuring their successful execution. They will also collaborate with other teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of land development professionals
• Manage a portfolio of large-scale civil land development projects
• Collaborate with other teams to identify new business opportunities
• Develop strategic plans to achieve company goals
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have:
• 10+ years of experience in land development, ideally working locally and holding a PE license
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage a team and contribute to the company's success
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
