About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Registration Coordinator to join our team at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families
  • Input and verify patient information
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Perform financial functions, including collecting payment and conducting daily batch reconciliation
  • Provide administrative support to the department
  • Lead and support fellow staff members
Requirements
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of dental/medical software, codes, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with special needs populations
  • Ability to work with patients' parents, guardians, and caregivers
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to manage time efficiently
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $22.10 to $30.50, based on experience, expertise, and internal equity. New hires can expect pay between the minimum and midpoint of the range.
