  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the operation of cleaning equipment, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
  • Customer Service: Role model established customer experience practices, providing exceptional service to internal and external customers.
  • Teamwork: Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Adaptability: Cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store, including the backroom, front end, sales floor, and other areas as needed.
  • Communication: Communicate accurately and effectively with management and associates, adhering to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
  • Flexibility: Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, maintaining all floor care cleanliness standards.
  • Physical Stamina: Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and run floor buffer and scrubber.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
