The position entails handling materials and products, utilizing both manual and forklift methods for production, storage, or shipment purposes. The technician will collaborate with more experienced team members to develop skills necessary for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Notify management of any defects in parts or equipment to ensure timely resolution.
  • Utilize Epicor ER for job tracking and logging.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of inspection practices to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Grind and/or vibrate components to achieve the required finish efficiently.
  • Ensure timely delivery and high-quality products to customers.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in optimal working condition.
  • Collaborate closely with welding teams to uphold product quality.
  • Propose and implement process enhancements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Demonstrate teamwork and effective collaboration with colleagues.
  • Train others as necessary.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and report any hazardous conditions or injuries promptly.
  • Keep the work area and equipment orderly.
  • Identify and report any welding discrepancies.
  • Work under the guidance of a team lead or supervisor.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, grip, and grasp items weighing up to 35 lbs frequently.
  • Must be able to bend, twist, and reach, and may stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Safety glasses are mandatory on the production floor.
  • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment as required.
