Overview

Estimated Salary

$60,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.


Job Description

As an Operations Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing operational support to our warehouse team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting Inventory Procedures: You will be responsible for conducting regular inventory checks to ensure that our warehouse is accurately stocked and that all items are properly accounted for.
  • Reviewing Return Authorization and Credit Memo Forms: You will review return authorization and credit memo forms to ensure that all returns are properly processed and that customers are satisfied with their experience.
  • Inspecting the Condition of Return Material: You will inspect the condition of return material to ensure that it meets our quality standards before processing it.
  • Checking Inventory Items: You will check inventory items to ensure that they are consistent with our company standards.
  • Running Credit Memos: You will run credit memos when necessary to ensure that customers are properly credited for their returns.

  • General Computer Skills: You will need to have basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Organization and Time Management Skills: You will need to be able to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Basic Verbal and Written Communication Skills: You will need to be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You will need to be able to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
