We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Asset Management Specialist to join our team at Applied Medical. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our internal digital asset management processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative digital asset management solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness across our organization.
  • Collaborate with internal customers to understand their needs and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
  • Lead discovery sessions with business units to gather and document requirements.
  • Develop detailed specifications and functional requirements for developers and design teams.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to support decision-making.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and implementation plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback for improvements.
  • Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and configurations for implemented systems.
  • Mentor junior business analysts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in the context of digital asset management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders in DAM projects.
  • Proficiency in creating detailed requirements and functional specifications for DAM systems.
  • Experience with DAM systems such as Censhare, Orange Logic, or similar.
  • Knowledge of XSLT development or configurations, especially as it relates to DAM systems.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions specifically for digital asset management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, particularly in managing DAM projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in the context of digital asset management.
  • Understanding of design principles as they apply to DAM systems.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, especially in DAM-related specifications.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field with a strong emphasis on digital asset management.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and stakeholder management, particularly in DAM-related projects.
