Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Training Specialist to join our team at Qubica AMF. As a Product Training Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the maximum effectiveness of our company products, business practices, and other related topics and services by implementing product training for customers and end-users of our products - with a primary focus on STS (Scoring and Technology Solutions) related products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide product and technical training for different scoring software and related products offered by Qubica AMF to customers and other end-users in a one-to-one or small group setting.
  • Travel to the job site and conduct on-site product training for customers.
  • Conduct customer interviews and utilize experience and judgment to design appropriate training agendas for each customer.
  • Deliver consultative style training designed to help customers retain more learning and utilize products to their fullest potential.
  • Provide Training Support for customers after the initial training has been completed. Respond to inquiries concerning product operations and execution.
  • Interface between customers and Technical Support, Project Management, Installation Teams, and other related departments to assist in identifying issues and implementing corrective actions to help find resolutions for the customer.
  • Utilize Microsoft CRM to upload customer data and reports, training summaries and research customer technical issues.
  • May install or assist service personnel with installation, service or support of different products offered by Qubica AMF.
  • Provide updates, status reports and completion information to manager, Technical Support Team, Project Management team via voicemail, email or in-person communication.
  • Identify and track problems and customer related issues with Manager when needed or required.
  • Assist in the development of training tools for new products and services.
  • Participate in Training sessions.
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
  • Associate degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in bowling center operations or bowling equipment preferred.
