Loss Prevention Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Loss Prevention Officer to join our team at The Westin Maui Resort & Spa Ka'anapali. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Patrol all areas of the property to prevent and detect potential security threats
- Assist guests with room access and respond to emergencies
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems to prevent and respond to incidents
- Conduct daily physical hazard inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Respond to accidents and incidents, and complete incident reports as required
- Assist guests and employees during emergency situations, and provide first aid and CPR as needed
- Notify management and other relevant personnel in the event of an incident or emergency
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior work experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
