We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Events Coordinator who can effectively collaborate with internal teams, maintain composure in high-pressure situations, and possesses outstanding multitasking abilities. As an Events Coordinator, you will serve as a dedicated brand ambassador for both our guests and team members. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all daily event operations.
  • Coordinate food orders for the kitchen and assign event areas within the venue.
  • Ensure all event staff are appropriately attired and prepared for their roles.
  • Facilitate event announcements on the bowling lanes.
  • Maintain organization of event materials, including decorations and supplies.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of event spaces.
  • Supervise the host team during events.
  • Manage event tabs and process final payments.
  • Promote FatCats Loyalty memberships and additional food options during events.
  • Report to the Sales Specialist and participate in weekly discussions regarding sales, budgets, operations, and team member performance.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in event coordination is advantageous.
