Perioperative Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Perioperative Associate to join our team at Adventist HealthCare. As a Perioperative Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our Operating Room.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support for patient pick up and bed pick up from units as assigned
- Perform tasks related to errand requests, such as retrieving blood bank supplies
- Monitor and maintain supplies and gases within the OR environment
- Participate in hourly rounding to assess room turnover needs
- Retrieve equipment for surgical cases as requested by the ANM or perioperative OR team
- Maintain a clean and organized OR environment, including halls and specialty OR beds
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years of experience in the EVS setting; 1 year experience in a surgical services setting preferred
- Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
