Perioperative Associate Job Summary
Adventist HealthCare seeks a Perioperative Associate to support patient care and surgical services in a dynamic and compassionate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for patient pick up and bed pick up from units as assigned
- Assist with patient care-related errand requests, such as blood bank pick up
- Monitor and stock supplies and gases within the OR environment
- Perform purposeful hourly rounding to assess room turnover needs
- Retrieve equipment for surgical cases as requested by the ANM or perioperative OR team
- Maintain a safe and organized environment in the OR halls
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years of experience in the EVS setting; 1 year experience in a surgical services setting preferred
- Active BLS certification through the American Heart Association
Work Schedule:
Variable Part-Time, 3pm-7pm
