Join Our Team as a Management Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Management Trainee program at Sherwin-Williams. As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in store operations, sales, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support business strategies to increase sales and optimize profitability
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Build and maintain knowledge of all products to ensure effective customer recommendations
  • Build positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers
  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • Must have at least a bachelor's degree by the start of the program
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working in a retail, sales, or customer service position
  • Previous experience in a leadership role or supervising others
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
