Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Brickyard Healthcare. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents and leading a team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Supervise and mentor Licensed Practical Nurses, Care Specialists, and other personnel to ensure high-quality care and patient satisfaction.
  • Assess resident needs, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize care and comfort.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the practicing state.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Recent clinical experience, education, or specialty skills specific to geriatrics.
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance and adapt to changing priorities.
