Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Brickyard Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing quality healthcare and enriching the lives of our patients and residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to residents under the direction of a Supervisor and as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practices and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop strategies to address any identified concerns.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and address any concerns or questions.

Requirements:

  • Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice required.
  • Must hold and maintain a current CPR certification.
  • License in good standing with the state, with no findings in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
