Position Overview

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will evaluate current systems, comprehend organizational needs, and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement or optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze the structure, policies, and procedures of AMAX to propose solutions that facilitate efficient daily operations.
  • Engage in user requirement discussions to uncover avenues for process enhancement and technical solutions.
  • Document user requirements, design to-be process flows, and collaborate with the development team to create solutions that align with business needs.
  • Design user-friendly solutions while minimizing complex coding and customization.
  • Work alongside both local and international development teams to ensure solutions fulfill business requirements.
  • Maintain and develop documentation related to system functionalities and usage.
  • Provide ongoing system support, addressing user inquiries, collaborating with the technical team to troubleshoot reported issues, and communicating resolutions to users.
  • Deliver training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of new or updated systems.
  • Oversee projects related to system development, upgrades, or enhancements, including planning, scheduling, and resource management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business information systems or a related field.
  • Proficient in business systems such as ERP, MES, CRM, PLM, etc.
  • Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycles and methodologies.
  • Ability to gather and analyze user input and requirements effectively.
  • Experience in documenting user stories and creating process flow diagrams.
  • Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies for end-user products, including Functional, Performance, Security, and Usability testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent presentation, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Any programming experience is a plus.
