Role Summary:

As a Component Assembly Specialist, you will engage in various tasks including drilling, routing, and assembling parts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute fabrication and finishing tasks on components and assemblies, which includes routing, drilling, inserting fasteners, and more.
  • Ensure cleanliness of products prior to packaging.
  • Prepare skids and safeguard products.
  • Package finished goods appropriately.
  • Complete shipping documentation accurately.
  • Attach shipping labels correctly.
  • Maintain accurate records and input data into the electronic system.
  • Fill out Non-Conformance Material Reports (NCMR).
  • Provide assistance to other departments as required.
  • Interpret work orders, examine drawings, and adhere to instructions.
  • Proactively offer support to production areas as needed.
  • Deliver optimal value to customers in terms of cost, quality, and delivery.
  • Contribute to enhancements in products, processes, equipment, and methodologies.
  • Address internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Uphold a clean and safe working environment consistently.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve job efficiency and performance.
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Mechanically inclined individuals are encouraged to apply.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Requirements:
  • Must be eligible to work on programs subject to ITAR Regulations; therefore, candidates must be U.S. Citizens or U.S. Permanent Residents ('Green Card').
