About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Claire's. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Deliver sales through friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Demonstrate Claire's products and assist customers with their queries using your product knowledge.
  • Assist with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions.
  • Provide ear piercing services (you will receive full training).
  • Ensure the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers.

About You

We are looking for someone with some high school education and excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should also have basic computer skills and a sound understanding of mathematics and reading comprehension skills.

You will need to be able to stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally. You should also be able to bend, stoop, and climb ladders and step stools while placing merchandise throughout the store and assisting customers.
