About the Role

Itron is revolutionizing the way utilities and cities manage energy and water resources. As a Customer Issue Process Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead monthly Defeat/bug Review Board meetings with senior leaders to discuss customer field issues and develop solutions.
  • Create and execute queries in Azure DevOps to support meetings and other job responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with the Azure DevOps Core Team to improve work item types and processes.
  • Develop and implement process improvements for cross-functional standardization of defect handling.
  • Evaluate customer escapes to improve Itron processes and prevent similar issues in the future.
  • Work with Customer Returns, Quality, and R&D teams to create new process controls for customer returned material.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience creating and executing queries in Azure DevOps.
  • Background in testing or development.
  • Experience mining large amounts of data for trends, issues, and changes in product behavior.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
