We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Originator to join our team at PrimeLending, a leading provider of mortgage solutions. As a Loan Originator, you will be responsible for marketing and promoting our financial products and services to our clients, while also evaluating and determining the best loan options for their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and recommend loan products and services to meet customer needs and financial circumstances.
- Establish and maintain relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and other business partners to develop and retain existing business.
- Market and promote PrimeLending's financial products and services.
- Originate and process loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor customer interactions and interfaces with all parties involved in the loan process, from application to closing.
- Collect and analyze customer information, including income, assets, investments, and debts.
- Advise customers on the advantages and disadvantages of different loan products.
- Service existing customers and obtain necessary support documents and fees.
- Oversee the loan process, ensuring conformity with terms and communicating loan status to all interested parties.
- High school diploma or equivalent and appropriate licenses as required by state.
- Valid driver's license and current automobile liability insurance.
- A minimum of 12 months loan originator experience required.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with regional and corporate departments, as well as realtors, sales agents, builders, and other business partners.
- Demonstrated judgment and decision-making ability, with the ability to quickly assess and process large amounts of data.
