Albany Medical Center is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse II to join our Progressive Critical Care Unit. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in shared governance and contribute to the development of unit-based policies and procedures.
- Support the growth and development of new graduate RNs through mentorship and education.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in New York State.
- 1-2 years of experience in critical care nursing.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
