Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Associate, you will deliver top-notch, comprehensive support to our clientele through various channels including phone, email, and chat. You will collaborate with your colleagues to ensure that every customer receives unparalleled service. Your role will involve:

  • Providing exceptional telephone support to address inquiries related to order status and modifications to existing orders.
  • Translating technical language, billing, shipping, and eCommerce terminology into clear, everyday language for our customers.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Successful completion of drug and background screening upon conditional offer.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or support roles, predominantly in customer-facing positions.
  • Adeptness in managing ambiguous customer situations.
  • Strong listening skills and attentiveness to customer needs.
  • Ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • Maintaining composure in various customer and peer interactions.
  • Approachable demeanor with both colleagues and customers.
  • Proven track record of delivering consistent results in previous roles.
  • Capacity to multitask and navigate various work streams and tools.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Exhibiting patience during complex customer interactions.
  • Willingness to participate in live video interactions with team members.
  • Typing proficiency of over 45 WPM with 95%+ accuracy.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with diverse personalities.
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that may include early mornings, late evenings, and holidays.
