Job Summary:

As an Optometric Technician at Grene Vision Group, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our team of optometrists. Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate patient flow and assist the doctor in preliminary testing
Verify medical and vision insurances and effectively communicate with patients, doctors, and managers
Answer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person requests
Embrace and execute our Total Patient Experience to build relationships with all patients while delivering great medical support

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Must have own vehicle and be insured, licensed driver in current state of residence
Favorable result on Background Check
Basic computer skills
Strong customer service skills

Work Environment:

Problem solves, reasons and resolves issues effectively
Use independent judgment and discretion
Meet customer expectations
Work under stress with interruptions and deadlines
