Job Summary: We are seeking a Surgical Support Coordinator to join our team at Cosmoplastic Surgery. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to work in a fast-paced medical environment. As a Surgical Support Coordinator, you will assist the doctor with various tasks, including preparing patient visit information, sanitizing instruments and equipment, and contacting patients with medical questions. You will also track lab results, call in prescriptions, and handle other medical office duties.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare for patient visits by reviewing intake information and setting up medical equipment.
  • Sanitize instruments and equipment after use to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Contact patients with medical questions or concerns, identifying visit needs and providing support as needed.
  • Assist the doctor with medical procedures, including surgeries and routine check-ups.
  • Track lab results, call in prescriptions, and handle other medical office duties.

Requirements:
  • BLS Certification or Certified Medical Assistant desired.
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
