We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Rochester Manor in Rochester, NH. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure quality care delivery.
- Communicate patient information effectively with colleagues and between shifts to ensure seamless care transitions.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
- A competitive hourly rate of $43-$49, depending on experience.
