Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Rochester Manor in Rochester, NH. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure quality care delivery.
- Communicate patient information effectively with colleagues and between shifts to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Hampshire.
- CPR certification is required.
- Competitive hourly rate: $43 - $49 per hour.
