Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, utilizing evidence-based practices and critical thinking skills to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage complex patient conditions, including cardiovascular and respiratory issues.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire.
- 1 year of Nursing experience.
