Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to residents and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of our community.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, processing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Monitor surveillance cameras, door alarms, and life safety systems to ensure the safety and security of our residents and property.
  • Deliver packages, plants, and prescription medications to residents, as requested.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sign-in/out log for community keys and gate passes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Respond promptly to resident and family concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Three months of related experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
  • Highly proficient computer skills, with proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful demeanor.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
