Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Client Services Site Lead to join our team in Columbia, MO. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for delivering and supporting IT services to our clients. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the availability, performance, and security of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsibility and accountability for IT Client Services delivery and support for the Solventum Columbia, MO plant
  • Confidently choose methods within a broadly defined process and tools to produce desired results
  • Support work groups with clearly defined roles within one functional discipline
  • Handles non-routine and difficult inquiries from internal and external customers
  • Resolves issues and conflicts related to direct reports, ensuring all Company policies and procedures are followed
  • Communicates effectively and professionally with internal and external business customers
  • Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure, operating IT components of local statutory and audit requirements
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to align IT infrastructure strategies and initiatives
  • Infrastructure Asset Management including asset ordering, inventory management including depreciation and harvest
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Five (5) years of professional IT experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Cross-functional IT expertise (applications, security, network and database infrastructure)
  • Experience working in a large, multi-national corporation
  • Leading initiatives to cultivate growth
  • Demonstrate use of effective problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with all employees and external business contacts while conveying a positive, service-oriented attitude, maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in business relationships, exercise sound business judgment and customer sense of urgency
  • Experience in managing and leading IT teams
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including network, server, and storage technologies
  • Specific Client Services knowledge and support of PCs, monitors, printers and mobile devices
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks
