- Conduct interviews with residents and their families, as needed, to gather dietary history
- Complete the dietary component of the clinical record accurately and promptly
- Participate in regularly scheduled meetings, including department head conferences and interdisciplinary care planning sessions
- Must hold registration from the Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Serve Safe certification required
- Preferred experience of one (1) to two (2) years in management or supervisory roles
