About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our team at Claremont Companies. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our residential properties.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare vacant units for occupancy by cleaning and sanitizing all areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces.
  • Perform daily upkeep of common areas, including the clubhouse and exterior grounds.
  • Inventory and maintain all supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Report any unusual or extraordinary circumstances to management, including resident concerns or property damage.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times, adhering to company uniform standards.

Requirements
  • Related experience in cleaning or maintenance is a plus.
  • Ability to walk, stand, climb, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl regularly throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
