Position Overview:
Claremont Companies, a prominent entity in the real estate sector, is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Cleaner for our Axis Apartments. This role is pivotal in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our residential facilities, contributing to a welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile a list of unoccupied units requiring immediate cleaning and prepare work assignments based on prospective vacancies.
- Prepare vacant units for new occupants, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness.
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of communal areas and the clubhouse.
- Oversee the care and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Report any unusual incidents or conditions related to the property or its residents.
- Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor while in uniform.
- Provide courteous and efficient service at all times.
