Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Five Star Residences of Noblesville. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to our residents with their daily needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Support residents with medication administration
  • Reposition residents in bed and escort them around the community
  • Provide toileting and incontinent care
  • Take vital signs, such as blood pressure, heart rate, and pulse
  • Observe and report on residents' health, escalating any problems efficiently and effectively
  • Detail daily reports to the Nurse or designated charge person
  • Provide emotional support and serve as a source of comfort for residents and their loved ones
  • Assist residents with mobility, including getting in and out of bed, chairs, or wheelchairs
  • Assist residents with eating and drinking
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum age of 18 years old, or the age required by state regulations, whichever is higher
  • Working experience alone, on a team, and on projects start to finish
  • Strong emotional intelligence and listening skills
  • Dedication to the medical field, especially towards working with residents
  • Pass State and company background checks and drug test
