Role Summary:

As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors. Your role is to provide a warm welcome, share information, and ensure that guests receive prompt and attentive service. You will assist in merchandising, guide guests to service areas, handle transactions, and thrive in a dynamic environment. We are looking for individuals who are friendly, gracious, and enjoy connecting with guests to create memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in guest service within luxury retail, dining, or hospitality is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and educate guests.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with reservation systems and point-of-sale software is advantageous.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays is essential.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
