Customer Service Specialist Napa Valley

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Folio Fine Wine Partners. As a key member of our Direct to Consumer (DTC) team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing DTC sales, and executing direct marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and execute DTC sales, including maintenance of shopping carts, interfacing with customers, and developing direct marketing materials.
- Assume responsibility for managing inventory levels at our fulfillment center and execute fulfillment for all orders.
- Provide support in the execution of sales, including telesales agency management and outreach efforts to increase customer base and sales.
- Monitor and respond to phones and emails regarding DTC questions or inquiries, and handle all returned and re-shipped wine orders.
- Assist in reconciliation of all billing and inventory related to membership and online sales, and provide weekly DTC sales report to VP Business Development.
- 2-4 years of experience in a winery, direct to consumer, or hospitality support environment, with experience with compliance and managing a wine club preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a strong ability to handle customer service issues with grace and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make good decisions quickly, with strong attention to detail and ability to deal appropriately with guests safely and appropriately in awkward situations.
- Strong computer skills, including Wine Direct, Vin65 or other DTC platform, and knowledge of domestic wines and AVAs with an awareness of global wine regions.
- Must be 21 years of age, possess a valid driver's license, and have reliable transportation to drive between locations.
