Fabrication Expert

We are currently seeking a skilled Fabrication Expert to join our team in Eau Claire, WI. This role offers a competitive salary of $23.07-$26.38 per hour.

The Fabrication Expert will be responsible for fabricating, drilling, and grinding bridge girder components using SMAW, SAW, and FCAW processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with our production team.

• Produce high-quality fillet and groove welds using various welding processes
• Drill, install high-strength bolts, and grind steel components with precision
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company policies and procedures
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity
• Read and interpret blueprints, ensuring accurate completion of tasks

• 1+ year of experience in fabrication; 1+ year of welding experience preferred
• Demonstrated commitment to work safety and participation in our safety culture
• Excellent quality, accuracy, thoroughness, and reliability in work performance
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs occasionally and push/move objects up to 100lbs of force
• Necessary to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, climb, and work at heights

The Fabrication Expert will receive a competitive hourly wage of $23.07-$26.38, depending on experience.
