  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Implement therapeutic nursing interventions tailored to the unique needs of patients and their families.
  • Provide customized education to patients and their families to promote understanding and compliance.
  • Document patient conditions, assessments, and responses to interventions accurately.
  • Initiate emergency procedures as necessary, adhering to established protocols.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and deliver care in a respectful, non-discriminatory manner.
  • Monitor and communicate changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team effectively.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution is required; Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience in an acute care environment is preferred.
  • Proficient in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for effective patient care management.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team to enhance patient care quality.
  • Current RN licensure in good standing is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification is required within 30 days of hire.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is preferred.
