Job Summary:

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and professional attitude, and working collaboratively with colleagues to drive sales and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.

  • Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and providing product recommendations.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, and support visual merchandising efforts.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and loss prevention.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
