Job Summary:

The Phlebotomy - Phlebotomist I - 1st Shift will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients and preparing them for laboratory testing. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect blood samples from patients using aseptic techniques and following established protocols.
  • Prepare blood samples for laboratory testing, including labeling and packaging.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient samples and laboratory results.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in phlebotomy or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
