Job Summary:

ResCare Community Living is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our community living programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing staff to ensure quality care and support for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and mentor direct support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care.
  • Create a positive work environment and ensure the proper deployment of direct support staff.
  • Address and correct health, safety, and environmental concerns, and report safety and maintenance concerns as needed.
  • Ensure clinical and behavioral support objectives and goals are implemented and documented.
  • Provide oversight of dietary supports, including menu planning and grocery shopping.
  • Ensure protocols for communicating medical concerns are being followed.
  • Ensure medication administration records are current and ensure medical appointments are scheduled and met.
  • Monitor the budgets and finances of the person(s) served.
  • Collect and report management information to ensure continuous evaluation and improvement of operations.
  • Implement fiscal processes and loss control programs to ensure appropriate allocation of financial resources.
  • Monitor employee schedules, Teletime reports, and Punch Correction sheets.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in providing services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities or related disorders preferred.
  • Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
