Job Description

Job Title: Senior Applied Behavior Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Applied Behavior Analyst to join our team at LeoRecruiting. As a Senior Applied Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for leading and supervising ABA programs, conducting functional behavior assessments, and developing and implementing parent training and support programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise ABA programs to ensure high-quality services are provided to clients.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors.
  • Develop and implement parent training and support programs to empower parents to support their children's behavior change.
  • Provide field and/or virtual supervision for Behavior Technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to implement treatment programs.
  • Provide support and mentorship for Behavior Technicians to help them grow professionally and personally.
  • Develop, manage, and oversee Progress Reports and Treatment Plans to ensure clients receive the best possible care.
  • Communicate with our National Coding, Billing, and Insurance Teams to ensure compliance with payor requirements and submission deadlines.
  • Provide training and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality services.
  • Lead the growth of ABA programs through hiring and client on-boarding.

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Valid BCBA Certification.
  • Applicable licensure to practice within the state hired.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in ABA, with supervisory roles preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
