Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain client relationships through networking, referrals, and outreach.
  • Evaluate clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Educate clients on insurance products, services, and policy details.
  • Process policy applications, endorsements, and claims with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Meet sales goals and performance metrics set by the agency.

Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and administrative tasks.
  • Proactive attitude and a strong desire to grow within the insurance industry.
  • Able to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Willingness to obtain necessary insurance licenses.
