As a Transportation Specialist at Allegheny Valley Hospital, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of patients, visitors, and hospital staff to off-site locations. This is a casual position that requires a valid PA driver's license and a clean driving record.

Key Responsibilities:

Transport patients, visitors, and hospital staff to off-site locations in a safe and responsible manner
Perform minor repairs on the van and parking equipment
May function as a parking cashier as needed, collecting parking fees and maintaining equipment
Maintain daily activity logs and complete pre-trip inspections for vehicle reliability

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of driving experience
Valid PA driver's license and a clean driving record
Knowledge of the local area and efficient routes between facilities

Preferred Qualifications:

CPR certification
CDL license (depending on location)
