Clinical Management Consultants is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Director Labor Delivery to join our team. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Labor and Delivery unit, Postpartum Recovery unit, and Nursery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a dynamic team of nurses in delivering high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve patient care
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to promote a culture of excellence and compassion
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement and excellence in patient care
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure and relevant experience in Labor and Delivery
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in nursing leadership roles

- Ability to analyze data and drive business outcomes
- Strong knowledge of nursing best practices and regulatory requirements
